Equans, in partnership with Haringey Council, is delivering retrofit improvements at the Coldfall Estate through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), creating warmer, more energy-efficient homes.

Key Measures and Ventilation Improvements include:

External Wall Insulation (EWI) to reduce heat loss
New energy-efficient windows to reduce heat loss
New energy-efficient doors to reduce heat loss
Loft insulation upgrades to reduce heat loss
Eaves extensions to support insulation works
Electrical extract fans for improved airflow
Airex ventilation bricks for background ventilation
Door undercuts to aid air circulation

Benefits:
A combination of the above measures helps to lower energy use and reduced emissions, it improves comfort and indoor air quality and provides better-performing, longer-lasting homes.
