Equans, in partnership with Haringey Council, is delivering retrofit improvements at the Coldfall Estate through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), creating warmer, more energy-efficient homes.

Key Measures:

• External Wall Insulation (EWI) to reduce heat loss
• New energy-efficient windows and doors
• Loft insulation upgrades
• Eaves extensions to support insulation works

Ventilation Improvements:

• Electrical extract fans for improved airflow
• Airex ventilation bricks for background ventilation
• Door undercuts to aid air circulation

• Lower energy use and reduced emissions
• Improved comfort and indoor air quality
• Better-performing, longer-lasting homes
