This site will provide regular updates on works being undertaken on your building, how this will effect you and any important information you may need to know. Additionally, any useful documents, FAQs and photos of the progress will be available here.
What works are being carried out?
Equans has been appointed by Notting Hill Genesis to deliver planned investment works to Byron Court. These works could comprise of any, or all, of the below:
- Scaffolding
- Window replacement UPVC
- Communal decorations
- Kitchen & Bathroom (to confirmed properties)
- Fire door remediation works
- AOV replacement
- Storage heater replacement (to confirmed properties)
- Landscaping works
- Front entrance metal work .
For a definitive scope of works for your block or property please speak to your RLO.
Works are being carried out in a way that minimises disruption and inconvenience to residents and we will only be working 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Works are anticipated to start on XX January 2026 and complete by [insert Month 2026]. We will update in due course the start and completion dates and a programme of works will regularly be added to this site which be accessed via the documents folder.
