Welcome to the microsite for Whytecliffe Road. This site will provide regular updates on works being undertaken on your building, house documents that are sent out to you and provide clear information on what to expect.

Equans is undertaking fire safety and prevention works to properties at Whytecliffe Road on behalf of our client, Southern Housing. The works include the removal and renewal of external wall insulation and rainscreen cladding, minor external fabric repairs and decorations, fire remedial works and removal and renewal of timber balcony decking.

We have taken possession of the building's community hub on the ground floor to provide our staff with a site office as well as providing a pop centre for residents whilst the works are being carried out.
