68-124 Wellend Villas
However, you’ll need to contact your landlord, Southern Housing, if you’ve questions which
are not related to the works being carried out.
There are a number of ways you can get in touch with them.
Next Resident Meeting
We would like to inform all residents that the next meeting will take place on Thursday 27th November 2025 between 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, via Microsoft Teams. The meetings give residents of Wellend Villas the opportunity to learn more about the works currently underway and gain a better understanding of the project.
