This site will provide regular updates on works being undertaken on your building, how this will effect you and any important information you may need to know. Additionally, any useful documents, FAQs and photos of the progress will be available here.
What works are being carried out?
Equans has been appointed by Notting Hill Genesis to deliver planned investment works to Randolph Avenue. These works could comprise of any, or all, of the below:
- Scaffolding
- Sash window overhaul/draft proofing and internal and external decorations
- Liquid coating overlay to all flat roof areas
- External repairs
- External redecorations to previously painted areas
- Low level external repairs
- Post Validation programmes can be viewed here. The team will also update you as and when any changes to the programme occur.

Works are being carried out in a way that minimises disruption and inconvenience to residents and we will only be working 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Works to the first two buildings are anticipated to start on 25th November 2024 and complete by 16th April 2025. We will update in due course the start and completion dates for the remaining buildings and a programme of works will regularly be added to this site which be accessed via the documents folder.
