Welcome to the resident microsite for Notting Hill Genesis properties that will be undergoing refurbishment works under the title of 'HA0 Cluster'. Here you will find information about the works being undertaken by Equans.

Equans is the leading provider of regeneration services in the UK - covering everything from community regeneration and refurbishment to repairs, maintenance and housing development. We're passionate about creating vibrant, efficient and sustainable communities, using integrated energy and services which make a real difference to people's lives.

This site will provide regular updates on works being undertaken on your building, how this will effect you and any important information you may need to know. Additionally, any useful documents, FAQs and photos of the progress will be available here.

What works are being carried out?

Equans will be carrying out various surveys on behalf of your housing provider, Notting Hill Genesis, to establish the scope of works. Once all approvals have been received from Notting Hill Genesis, Equans will be able to provide a detailed programme of works and planned commencement date.

Works will be carried out in a way that minimises disruption and inconvenience to residents and we will only be working 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
